Hello, thank you for checking out our web site. It is our pleasure
to share with you our dream. That’s the dream of huge
responsibilities, hard work, no days off, broken this, broken that
and dinners spent together as a family. Its not the life for
everyone and not everyone understands this way of living. But
coming from a man who has lived the majority of his life this way
I can assure you it’s the life for me.
Before I tell you about us I would like to take this opportunity to
thank my parents. Don and Connie McClenon. Thank you so
much for watching over the farm while we are away. We love
and miss you both and cant wait until the day comes when we
are home for good.
A&E Farm is owned by Ed and Ann McClenon. We are both
currently employed by the United States Air Force and stationed
in Minot ND. Ann Retires in 7 years and I retire in 9 years. At
witch time we will pack up all the critters and move back home
to Walton NY on top of McCall Hill Rd. Where we will live out the
rest of our days raising and selling Registered Paint Horses,
South Down Sheep, Dutch Belted cows and Siberian Husky sled
dogs.
A little about me. I was born in upstate NY. A little town called
Walton. I spent my life living and working on a Dairy farm. I
Graduated from Walton Central High in 1991. At the age of 22 I
decided that I wanted to go see the world so I joined the Air
Force on 14 Nov 1994. My first base was in Columbus MS where
I spent 3 years and met my wife Ann.
We then recieved orders to Germany where we spent 3 years
and then we were sent to the frozen tundra of Minot ND. We
have been for 5 years now.
A little about Ann. Ann was born in Saginaw MI. When she was
6 years old she moved to Tawas City MI, next to lake Heron.
She Graduated from Tawas area High School. She joned the Air
Force in Nov of 1992. She met me in 1995 and pretty much her
story mirrors mine after that.
A little about us. We were married on 1 Dec 1995. We bought
our first horse Shilo in 1996. Right after that we purchased a
Registered Percheron. We have two children, Joseph and Jade.
We now live in Minot ND where we take care of a mess load of
little and big critters. For fun as a family we raise and race
Siberian Husky sled dogs.
Thank you for clicking by. And remember if you can dream the
living, then living the dream is only one wake up away!
